Aquatic therapy sessions are conducted at the Ventura Family YMCA, located directly across the street from the clinic at 3760 Telegraph Road. The YMCA features a heated indoor pool that provides an ideal low-impact environment for therapeutic exercise. Ashwood’s licensed physical therapists oversee all aquatic therapy sessions, designing and supervising individualized programs tailored to each patient’s diagnosis and functional goals. The 92°F heated pool supports low-impact strengthening, stability, and mobility work, while a 6-lane Olympic-sized lap pool is available for cardiovascular and sports rehabilitation. Full handicap accessibility is provided via a motorized lift chair, and private changing rooms, showers, and lockers are available on site.
