Patients begin their recovery in CompletePT’s 92-degree heated saltwater therapy pool, where the buoyancy of water allows movements impossible on land. As patients progress, they are transitioned to land-based exercises, moving back and forth between pool and land to accelerate recovery and rebuild functional strength. This unique methodology helps patients prepare for surgery, prevent surgery, or recover from surgery with remarkable results. CompletePT was co-founded by Lynda Huey, MS — a nationally recognized aquatic therapy pioneer who developed water training programs for Olympic athletes including Florence Griffith Joyner and Carl Lewis, and worked with legendary athletes such as Wilt Chamberlain.
