Pools of Hope is a nonprofit aquatic therapy and wellness center that has been serving South Bay and South Los Angeles communities for over 60 years. As one of Southern California’s most trusted aquatic therapy providers, Pools of Hope offers accessible, inclusive programs for people of all ages and abilities — including children, seniors, veterans, and individuals with physical or developmental disabilities. Programs include individual aquatic physical and occupational therapy, therapeutic swim lessons for children, senior aquatic exercise classes, and adaptive aquatic sports for veterans. Every program is designed to improve physical health, support recovery, and enhance overall quality of life through the healing properties of water. Pools of Hope is committed to equity and inclusion, ensuring that all community members — regardless of background or ability — have access to life-changing aquatic and wellness programs. A physician’s prescription is typically required for aquatic physical or occupational therapy services.
